SOLUTION: Utilizing an information processing device (terminal controller 61) obtaining each operational status information of the plurality of sets of equipments placed in the facilities to treat the operational status information, the actuation of the ultrasonic atomizer A is controlled, which changes automatically the atomization amount of the liquid 2 per predetermined hour depending on the operational status information.
