PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap fastener which can firmly pinch a strap-like body, and in addition, can tie the strap-like body into a ring form while easily pinching the strap-like body. SOLUTION: Both end sections 4a and 4b of the strap-like body 4 are fastened to first fastening sections 7a and 9, and are passed through spaces between the internal surface 3a of a female implement 3 and first confronted surfaces 6a and 7b. At the same time, a male implement 2 is fitted in the female implement 3 in such a manner that an intermediate section 4c of the strap-like body 4 may be fastened to the second fastening section 9 and passed through a space between the internal surface 3b of the female implement 3 and a second confronted surface 6b.
