The aim of the invention is to provide a contact-free sealing arrangement on a roller bearing which supports axially exerted excess pressure, above all high excess pressure (> 1 bar) and/or increased pressure media with alternating pressure amplitudes and pressure maxima, which is compact and which is also suitable for reducing, to a required value, the flow of a lubricating oil or cooling oil flowing through the roller bearing. As a result, said sealing arrangement essentially comprises first and second cover elements (5, 7) that are arranged and configured in such a manner that a labyrinth-seal having a plurality of points that are effected by a loss in pressure is produced, resulting in a leakage volume flow covering a large area. At least the second cover element (7) has a rigidity such that operation-related media excess pressures and/or alternating pressures and pressure peaks do not essentially lead to a significant deformation of the second cover element (7).
