An enclosed compressor (1) has a compression element (3) for compressing operation fluid, a casing (2) having a substantially circular tube-like barrel plate (21) and receiving the compression element (3), and a mounting plate (61) to which the compression element (3) is fixed and that is secured by welding to the barrel plate (21). The compression element (3) and the mounting plate (6) are fixed together by six fastening bolts (62).</p>
