<p>A helical cold cathode power-saving lamp, comprising a cap (1), a holding base (2), a driver (4), a helical tube and a fluorescent substance, a few of inert gas and a trace amount of Hg in the tube (3). The helical tube (3) has light-transmitting characteristic. The cap (1) is electrically connected to the driver (4), wherein said helical tube (3) is an upright and single-helical cylinder, a lower end thereof is fixed to said holding base (2), a lower electrode (32) is provided at a sealing port of the lower end, an upper electrode (31) is provided at a sealing port of an upper end, both said electrodes (31,32) each is respectively connected to said driver (4) by a conductor lead (5,6), and the conductor lead (6) which is connected with said upper electrode (31) is located at a hollow position inside said helical tube (3).</p> |
