CONNECTOR STRUCTURE OF SPINDLE STAGE FOR TESTING MAGNETIC HEAD

Provided is a connector structure of a spindle stage for testing a magnetic head. With such structure, a magnetic head attaching/removing mechanism is reduced in weight and attaching/removing of the magnetic head can be facilitated and automated. The connector structure is provided with a connector block attached to a head arm section swingably driven by a VCM mechanism; a movable block urged to be brought close to or separated from the movable block in a proximate direction by an elastic member; a plurality of slits formed on a surface facing the connector block; and a conductive probe mounted on the block by being folded along each slit. The conductive probe is provided with a contact point which elastically protrudes and retracts from each slit, and a wiring connecting section connected to the external wiring. When the flexible wiring is inserted into between the connector block and the movable block, the contact section of the conductive probe is elastically brought into contact with the corresponding wiring of the flexible wiring by an elastic force, and a current is carried between the flexible wiring and the external wiring.
