The invention provides a connecting arrangement, suitable for connecting an object to a layer of pliable material, the connecting arrangement including a connecting member; a receiving member having an aperture provided therethrough; the connecting member having a minor span being smaller than a width of the aperture, and a major span being larger than a width of the aperture, the connecting member being able to pass through the receiving member in a first orientation wherein the minor span is substantially parallel to the receiving member, and the connecting member not being able to pass through the receiving aperture in a second orientation wherein the major span is substantially parallel to the receiving member; and a layer of pliable material being located between the connecting member and the receiving member, the layer of pliable material being separate from the connecting member and the receiving member. |
