<p>A multimedia printing system is comprised of a multimedia printing and editing device provided with an input unit, an editing unit and an output unit; a multimedia printed matter on which reproduction identification information to reproduce multimedia data is printed; and a multimedia reproducing device that reproduces the multimedia data from the multimedia printed matter. The editing unit of the multimedia printing and editing device converts a reproducing value for reproducing the multimedia into a screen code as a geometrical or physical information embedded code that is recognizable in pattern and has a screen characteristic provided with at least one of a gray scale characteristic of screen dots, a screen dot size characteristic, and a screen dot interval characteristic; and embeds information of a multimedia reproducing value converted to a screen code in not less than one region for printing data. A printing device, which is even low in accuracy, can make reproducing information invisible and can embed the reproducing information without deteriorating a printing image.</p> |
