A system for providing an advertisement using a receipt condition of a user and an advertising condition of an advertiser is provided to select an advertisement which the user wants based on the receipt condition of the user and transmits the advertisement to the suitable user who wants to watch the advertisement. A receipt condition control part(21) stores the receipt condition including personal information, a kind of advertisement, a cost of advertisement and an advertising receipt medium which are transmitted from a user terminal(3) in DB. A advertising condition control part(22) stores the advertising condition, including evaluating information classified by an item of the receipt condition which is transmitted from an advertiser terminal, in DB(4). A list creating part(23) evaluates the receipt condition which is transmitted from one or more user and creates a list based on a grad. A user selecting part(24) transmits the list to the advertiser terminal and stores an advertisement receiver, who is selected by the advertiser, at DB. An advertisement offering part(25) transmits the advertisement to the advertising receipt medium which is registered by the user. An advertisement price saving part(26) pays the cost of the advertisement to the user and stores a result of saving at DB. |
