A meat smell remover and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to remove the meat smell by using the red shale of the porous substrate. A meat smell remover comprises: a porous substrate including the illite 20-40 parts by weight against the red shale 100 weight parts. A manufacturing method of the meat smell remover comprises: a mixture formation step for forming mixture including the red shale and illite; a kneading step for putting the water into the mixture and kneading and forming the dough; and a step for calcining the dough the at 800-1200 deg.C. |
