A rotary type roof molding cover is provided to prevent wind noise by precluding movement of a cover opened and facilitate opening and closing, through press type, without interfering with surrounding parts. A rotary type roof molding cover comprises a guide part(100) having a spiral guide groove(110), fastened to a vehicle body; a hinge part(200) moving up and down depending on its rotation, with a guide part(210) guided along the guide groove protruded on the side, located inside the guide part; and a cover part(300) to be placed in an opening formed on a roof molding(10) of a vehicle.
