PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyester resin composition which is excellent in transparency and moldability and in which the generation of outgassing is restrained. SOLUTION: The antistatic polyester resin composition is composed of: 7-25 parts weight polyetherester (A) having a residual group of sulfonate group-substituted aromatic dicarboxylic acid; and 93-75 parts weight polyester resin (B) the crystallization half-time of which from a molten state is at least five minutes.
