<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a securities trading system which can place an order for foreign securities by referring to local trading hours in trading the foreign securities and by controlling order transmission to a foreign country. <P>SOLUTION: A securities trading system for trading foreign securities has a sever for transmitting order information to a foreign electronic securities market. The securities trading system for trading foreign securities includes: a stock database which associates stock identification information and country identification information in advance and stores them together; a trading hours database which associates the country identification information, trading start time, and trading closing time in advance and stores them; an order database which stores order information; a means which stores the order information from customers in the order database; a means which determines if it is within trading hours by searching the stock database and the trading hours database on the basis of the order information; a means which transmits the order information immediately when it is within available hours for trading; and a means which performs a transmission wait process to the order information when it is not within the available hours for trading. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
