<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid piping structure reducing size and cost of a device, and also reducing a pressure loss. <P>SOLUTION: The piping structure of the fluid is provided with: a main pipe 22; a distribution pipe 24 having both end parts blocked, to which the main pipe 22 is connected at an intermediate part; a plurality of branch pipes 26 connected to the distribution pipe 24 with a predetermined interval between each other in a longitudinal direction; a separation wall 28, arranged in the distribution pipe 24 for separating inside of the distribution pipe 24 into a first chamber 30 on a side to which the main pipe 22 is connected and a second chamber 32 on a side to which the branch pipes 26 are connected; and a plurality of flow-in holes 34 formed for the separation wall 28 with an interval in the longitudinal direction of the distribution pipe 24 to communicate the first chamber 30 and the second chamber 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
