ADDITIVE FOR IN VITRO MATURATION CULTURING IMMATURE OVUM OF MAMMALIAN ANIMAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MATURE OVUM BY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for in vitro maturation culture which enables the new and efficient in vitro maturation culture of an immature ovum, and a method for in vitro culturing an immature ovum in the presence of the additives.

SOLUTION: Provided is an additive for in vitro maturation culture of an immature ovum which includes at least either one of secreted materials of cells derived from amniotic membrane or solubilized amniotic components. A mature ovum can be efficiently produced by culturing an immature ovum in the coexistence with the additives.
