<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting surface-plate device for thermal cutting machines by which cutting gas hardly leaks to the outside of the device to improve the working environment and in which the ingredient of the cutting gas and dross hardly stick to the back side of a material to be cut to facilitate the recovery of rubbish. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting surface-plate device 1 for thermal cutting machines has the device body 2 which is provided with an end plate 11 on the side of one end of which an air intake 3 is provided and an end plate 13 on the side of the other end of which an exhaust port 4 for cutting gas is provided and constituted so as to present approximately a rectangular parallelepiped shape by connecting between both end plates with both side plates, placing-plate receiving bodies 6 which are arranged separately in a direction along the end plate 11, also with which the placing plate 20 like a sheet is supported in the vertical line-up having a clearance in a direction along the side plate with comb-shaped receiving pieces formed in the upper end part and attachably and detachably, a mobile air supplying means 7 for discharging gas which is arranged on the side of the one end of the device body 2 and by which gas discharging air is supplied in the device body 2 through the air intake 3 and water tank parts 8 in which water W for storing the rubbish is filled, which are formed into regions where are divided with the side plates and the placing-plate receiving bodies 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
