PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely decode a reception signal having distortion due to multipath. SOLUTION: A classification unit 303 classifies a signal, based upon a sampling value sampled from a signal of present bit time received recently, and a sampling value sampled from a signal of past bit time before the present bit time, when a signal including data of a plurality of bits within in a bit time unit corresponding to one bit on a reception side is sectioned into bit time units, and then the classification unit 303 determines a classification as a classification result thereof. A product sum arithmetic unit 305 generates a waveform corresponding to the phase of the plurality of bits included in the present bit time from the waveform of the signal, based upon the classification code to shape the waveform of the signal, and a bit decision unit 306 decides the plurality of bits included in the present bit time based upon the shaped waveform of the signal.
