PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device compatible with an IP telephone capable of preventing incoming call rejection because of disabled caller telephone number display for a call from any telephone set by a simple operation after an incoming call is rejected because of disabled caller telephone number display. SOLUTION: The device 10 compatible with the IP telephone has a memory circuit 4 to register incoming call telephone numbers to which a user wants add special numbers to make a call. If a registered telephone number coincides with an incoming call telephone number included in a received session start request, a specific number is added to the incoming call destination telephone number and the telephone number is transferred as a transfer session start request.
