PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind noise reducing apparatus capable of performing reduction processing operation corresponding to a frequency domain wherein wind noise is generated, and suppressing attenuation of a required acoustic component, and to provide an electronic device with the wind noise reducing apparatus. SOLUTION: When an L signal and an R signal in a frequency axis direction are obtained at time/frequency converting sections 1L, 1R, a correlation value of the L signal and the R signal is calculated for each frequency band at wind noise determining sections 2-1 to 2-N. The correlation value of the L signal and the R signal is then compared with a threshold, thereby determining wind noise for each frequency band and attenuation processing of wind noise is applied for each frequency band by signal attenuation sections 3L-1 to 3L-N, 3R-1 to 3R-N.
