PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use articles arranged indoor such as a strongbox, a locker, a showcase, and an exhibit made of metal or other conductors, as a human body detecting sensor. SOLUTION: The strongbox 1 or the locker 1 is used as a human body detecting sensor by connecting a device 2 capable of detecting electrostatic capacity held by a person with the strongbox 1 or the locker 1.
