PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small multi-functional operation device, which can be easily handled and can be easily arranged in a limited space. SOLUTION: A dial switch 30 and a mode change-over switch 20 are coaxially arranged. A dial shaft 40 of the dial switch 30 is fixed, and a first clicking face 37 and a second clicking face 44 are respectively arranged to oppose each other on the dial switch 30 and the dial shaft 40. A circular clicking number updating member 70, which can move so as to approach or separate from the first clicking face 37 or the second clicking face 44, is arranged to make the dial shaft 40 inserted. A pawl section 73 biased by a leaf spring 72 is axially arranged on both sides of the clicking number updating member 70, and a clicking feeling for a turning operation of the dial switch 30 is generated by fitting between the pawl section 73 and the first clicking face 37 or the second clicking face 44 in response to adjacent movement of the clicking number updating member 70.
