PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchangeable disk shroud mechanism which makes it possible to exchange a shroud and has a function of suppressing wobbling of a disk while securing an access space of a head. SOLUTION: The exchangeable disk shroud mechanism is provided with the upper part wall member and the lower part wall member, having opposite planes facing the surface and the under surface of the disk which is supported rotatably, at fixed intervals, wherein the upper part wall member and the lower part wall member are freely attachably and detachably mounted to a member to which a motor-driven means rotating the disk is fixed, at least either of the upper part wall member and the lower part wall member is provided with an actuator access area where the actuator allows accesses to the disk, and the upper part wall member and the lower part wall member are arranged so that the actuator access area is not overlapped across the disk.
