PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which efficiently dissipates heat by firmly fixing a light source board with a point light source mounted thereon and a casing to each other, and conducting the heat generated from the point light source to the casing. SOLUTION: A screw hole 4c is provided on the light source board 4, which fits to a screw groove portion 13a and which is directed from a rear face 4b on the opposite side of a mounting face 4a to the mounting face 4a, and the light source board 4 is fixed to the display device 33 with the screw 13. Holes 1e, 11e into which the screw 13 is to be inserted are respectively arranged on a side wall portion 1s of a rear frame 1 on which the light source board 4 is to be installed and on a side wall portion 11s of a front frame 11 facing the side wall portion 1s of the rear frame 1 on which the light source board 4 has been installed. The light source board 4 is fixed by inserting the screw groove portion 13a into the hole 11e of the front frame 11 and into the hole 1e of the rear frame 1 and fixing it with a screw hole 4c of the light source board 4.
