PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in all of low temperature fixing property, offset resistance, pulverizing property, dispersibility of an internal additive and storage property. SOLUTION: The toner comprises, as a binder resin, a polyester resin (A) and a polyester resin (B) having a softening point higher by 10°C or more than that of the polyester resin (A). The polyester resin (A) is a resin having a polyester unit obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component that contains 1,2-propanediol by 65 mol% or more in a divalent alcohol component, with a carboxylic acid component containing a (meth)acrylic acid modified rosin. The polyester resin (B) is a resin having a polyester unit obtained by condensation polymerization of an alcohol component that contains 1,2-propanediol and 1,3-propanediol by 70 mol% of more in total in a divalent alcohol component, with a carboxylic acid component containing a purified rosin.
