PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control washer effectively suppressing transferring of vibration without impairment of an original function of a washer incorporated in a bolt fastening portion and of easing stress concentration at the bolt fastening portion, if a direction of the vibration transferred between two articles through the bolt fastening portion is a direction intersecting a center axis of a bolt, when the vibration control washer is incorporated in a bolt fastening structure fastening the two articles by the bolt, and the transferring of the vibrations between the two articles is suppressed. SOLUTION: The vibration control washer forms a constriction 38c extending in parallel with one diameter of a washer on an outer peripheral surface at a middle position between both end surfaces of the washer. The constriction 38c may have a V-shape when viewed from a cross section vertical to the extending direction. The constrictions 38c may be symmetrically provided on both sides to one diameter as a pair.
