PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting seat belt for enabling even a third person to easily understand a seat belt wearing state of an occupant even at night. SOLUTION: This light emitting set belt has a seat belt and a light emitting film part installed on the seat belt, and is characterized in that the light emitting film part has a light source, a light guiding film for propagating the light incident from the light source in the film, and a dispersing agent layer laminated on a surface of the light guiding film and emitting the light propagating in the light guiding film toward the outside of the film.
