PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of squeak noises while suppressing an increase of cost. SOLUTION: This mounting structure comprises a grill member 1 having a coating and a grill molding 2 having a plated film, wherein a pawl portion 12 is provided for engaging with an engaging hole 23 during mounting. At least either one of the front end face of a restricting rib 15 of the grill member 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the grill molding 2, opposed to each other, is formed of a base material resin.
