PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane which features the discharging of a membrane making stock solution and an inner core liquid whose environmental load is low, from a mouthpiece with a dual tubular nozzle. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane is characterized in that the inner core liquid containing the membrane making stock solution and saccharide is discharged from the mouthpiece with a dual tubular nozzle. In addition, a manufacturing method of a hollow fiber membrane module is characterized in that the hollow fiber membrane obtained by the above manufacturing method is housed inside a cylindrical case.
