PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide asphalt mixture production equipment which enables a proper amount of the high-temperature exhaust gas of a deodorizing furnace to be automatically supplied to a virgin dryer, while making the virgin dryer operated without a hindrance, and saves energy by recovering the potential heat of the exhaust gas of the deodorizing furnace in as large amounts as possible. SOLUTION: This production equipment comprises: a static-pressure/damper opening controller 20 which controls the discharge of the exhaust gas by detecting the static pressure of the inside of the virgin dryer 2 by a static-pressure sensor 19 and adjusting the degree of an opening of a main opening/closing damper 17 so that an obtained detection value can be kept at a predetermined value; and a damper opening controller 21 which controls the degree of an opening of an opening/closing damper 12 for adjusting the exhaust gas of the deodorizing furnace on the basis of an opening signal of the main opening/closing damper 17. Heat recovery is performed by supplying the proper amount of the exhaust gas of the deodorizing furnace to the virgin dryer 2 while checking the degree of the opening of the main opening/closing damper 17 of the virgin dryer 2, that is, the degree of the allowance of the disposal amount of the exhaust gas, while making the exhaust gas sucked in discharged from neither too much nor too less, depending on the operating status of the virgin dryer 2.
