PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content recovering device allowing a content in a bag to be discharged more effectively and suppressing adhesion of the discharged content to individual members to an area as small as possible. SOLUTION: A conveying means 3 has an upper conveying part T1 conveying a bag B tightly closing the liquid content such as a chemical liquid or the like on the upper side, a lower conveying part T2 conveying the bag on the lower side and a circulating and conveying means T3 conveying the bag from the upper to the lower side from the upper conveying part T1 to the lower conveying part T2. A cutter means 5 cutting the bag B is mounted at a position opposing to the circulating and conveying means T3, and the content in the bag B is discharged by cutting the bag during conveying the bag B downward and is recovered by a recovering part 2B mounted at the lower part of a housing 2.
