The invention relates to a method for producing a foamed system, including a step in which an initial liquid composition is injected with a mixed phase comprising a gaseous phase having another liquid and/or solid phase dispersed therein, suspended in the gas, said liquid and/or solid phase comprising one or more additives which can be used to improve the stability of the foamed system and said additive(s) being from the group containing fats, emulsifiers, proteins, thicknerers and gelling agents or combinations of such ingredients.
