Block shaped pebble body production involves arranging multiple elements (3) in each layer. The elements are laid on top of one another and are connected relative to the elements of an adjacent position with a displacement (v) in its longitudinal direction (4). Each element is connected with two other elements of the two adjacent positions. Base body (2) of the pebble or contact body (1) is shortened in desired length (l) and width (b). The elements are made from polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene fluoride or polyethylene.
