A messenger based on question - answer service providing device and a method are provided to raise the reliability for the accuracy of answer, as serving an answer for the question in real time basis based on a messenger in which it is possible for the real time conversation. A messenger based on question - answer service providing method comprises: a step(330) of taking question content from a messenger using a question account at a question - answer service server; a step(360) of extracting the answer available person of the professional field corresponding to the question content among the registered answer available person by classifying the person in database to be classified according to the professional field; and a step(410) of forwarding the received question content using the messenger of the extracted answer available person. |
