A fuse circuit is provided to determine the cutting fault of the fuse by comparing the output of the portion of fuse material having the cut fuse with the portion of standard fuse. A fuse circuit comprises a portion of fuse material(30) having the cut fuse, and a standard fuse. The fuse circuit comprises a discriminating unit(40) outputting the identification signal which compares the output of the portion of fuse material with the output of the standards fuse, and determines the cutting badness of fuse. The resistance value of the standard fuse is same as those of the resistance value of the state that the fuse is not cut. The discriminating unit comprises the standard fuse. A reset part(42) is serially connected to the standards fuse and is reset by the reset signal. A comparison unit(44) compares the outputs from the corresponding each resistance of the standard fuse and the fuse. A latch unit(46) buffers the output of the comparison unit and the comparison unit outputs to the identification signal.
