INTERNAL TYPE ANTENNA AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A built-in antenna and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize space required for configuration of an antenna by being ultrasonically fused in a base frame with a burr. A built-in antenna comprises a base frame(200) and a radiator(100). The base frame is built in a portable terminal. A burr(110) is formed in the end part of the radiator. The burr is inserted into one side of the base frame with the ultrasonic melting. The burr is formed owing to a press processing. The burr and has a projection form. The burr is locally heated in order to fix radiator on the upper side of the base frame.
