Provided are a filter cartridge which can be mounted and demounted easily by improving structure of the filter cartridge, and a dust collector having the filter cartridge. In a filter cartridge(200) installed on a blocking plate(120) within a dust collecting case on which a dust inlet and an air outlet are formed, the filter cartridge comprises: a filter body(210) disposed on a bottom face of the blocking plate; and a holder(220) coupled to an upper end of the filter body and inserted into a passing hole formed in the blocking plate from a top face of the blocking plate such that the holder is pressed and coupled to the blocking plate. The filter body includes a filter fabric(211) folded to a predetermined width and rolled to a pleated shape such that valleys are formed in the longitudinal direction of the filter fabric; a lower end cap(215) coupled to a lower end of the filter fabric; and an upper end cap(213) which is coupled to an upper end of the filter fabric, which has an opening corresponding to the passing hole, and which is combined with the holder.
