A vaporizing apparatus is provided to replace the clean up LPG liquid reservoir with new one or charge LPG liquid in the reservoir without interrupting the supply of gas. A vaporizing apparatus comprises a hot water tank(10), a heat exchanger(11) installed in the hot water tank, reservoirs(Ta,Tb) containing LPG liquid(Ga,Gb), and vaporization pressure regulating valves(17a,17b) which are connected to the reservoirs and LPG inlet pipes(13a,13b), respectively, in order to supply decompressed LPG liquid to the heat exchanger. The initial outlet side pressure of the vaporization pressure regulating valve is set higher than that of the vaporization pressure regulating valve. When most of the LPG liquid in the reservoir(Ta) is consumed, the outlet side pressure of the vaporization pressure regulating valve is set higher than that of the vaporization pressure regulating valve.
