A system for tracking location information of a disabled car is provided to send the location information and status information of the car to an emergency server in a designated repair shop by receiving RCM data(or ECM data) from a tracking location information terminal attached on the car. A location tracking terminal, attached on a car, includes a location tracking frequency transmitting module transmitting a homing signal, receiving FCM(Forward Channel Message) for TDOA(Time Difference Of Arrival) base radio determination, transmits ground wave LBS base RCM(Reverse Channel Message). A base station transmits the FCM to the location tracking terminal and receives the RCM or ECM from the location tracking terminal. A server evaluates location information of the location tracking terminal after receiving the RCM data(or ECM data) from the base stations, at list three, through a communication network, confirms that the received the RCM data(or ECM data) includes disorder mode information of the car, and transmits the evaluated location information and the disorder mode information of the car to an emergency server. |
