A real time monitoring apparatus of the product of nucleic acid amplification reaction is provided to monitor the reaction product generated during the reaction in real time. A real time monitoring apparatus of the product of nucleic acid amplification reaction comprises a light concentration lens(103) which collects the excitation light generated from a light source(100); an optical waveguide(104) which converts the concentrated excitation light into the plane light source so as to transmit it; a first band-pass filter(105) which passes the polarized light of specific wavelength suitable for a fluorescent probe; a first polarizer(111) which polarizes the excitation light of specific wavelength; a polarized beam splitter(108) which splits the polarized light of specific wavelength passed through the first polarizer; a surface mirror(109) which transmits the splitted light to a sample and reflects the fluorescent light generated from the sample to the polarized beam splitter; a second polarizer(107) which polarizes the fluorescent light so as to allow it have the opposite component to the light polarized by the first polarizer; a second band-pass filter(112) which passes the fluorescent light of specific wavelength suitable for a fluorescent probe; and a light receiving part(113) which receives the fluorescent light passed through the second band-pass filter.
