An explosion-proof and cooled air tank desktop charger is provided that the volume expansion of the compressed air injected inside the air tank is prevented since the cold air contacts to the surface of the heated air tank. An explosion-proof and cooled air tank desktop charger comprises an adaption casing(200) which is equipped inside the housing(100), and in which the air tank (A) charging the compressed air is inserted, a cooling fan apparatus(600) which is equipped in the side housed as described above, and discharges the cold air, a cold air main line(500) guiding the cold air discharged from the cooling fan apparatus, a cold air sub-pipe(400) supplying the cold air transferred through the cold air main line to the adaption casing inside.
