An advertisement method and an advertisement system using a ring tone free offer service, and a computer-readable recording medium recording a program for executing the same are provided to offer the ring tone of paid contents to a user terminal for free for watching advertisement contents, thereby enabling a user to receive a desired ring tone for free. A DRM(Digital Rights Management) code inserting unit of a DRM server inserts a DRM code having virus property into advertisement contents provided to a user terminal(S140). A DRM information acquisition unit of the DRM server acquires DRM information about the advertisement contents through the DRM code inserted into the advertisement contents(S150). A contents charging unit performs charging about the advertisement contents based on the DRM information obtained by the DRM information acquisition unit(S160).
