The device (D) has a support (6) with an upper part (6a) for being integrated to a leg (2) and a lower part (6b) to receive an orientable wheel fork (5) using a nut (8). A locking control (10) is mounted rotating around a horizontal axle (11) with respect to the support. The control has an upper part (10a) and a central part near the axle. A spring blade (14) is fixed on the support by an end, and a blocker (15) is fixed to a top of a part (5a) of the fork. The blade (14) is acted on one or other of wheel flats to maintain the control (10) in locking and unlocking position. |
