An abdominal muscle sporting device is provided, which maintains the tensile strength of a spring and enables to do exercise of the abdominal muscle and the exercise for the arm. An abdominal muscle sporting device comprises: a board(10) in which one side is fixed by the vertical support(20) which is possible for the height control; a handle(30) which is rotatably installed on an end of the arm(33); and a tension adjustment unit which provides the elastic force to the arm. The tension adjustment unit comprises: a support stand(43) which is fixed to the bottom surface of the board; an adjustment knob(44); and a latch(45) connecting one end of the adjustment knob and one end of the spring(40).
