A personalized well-being index metric system through life habit data analysis is provided to perform factor crystallization and analysis required for index computation based on observation data of the individual of a specified period, thereby performing the customized index computation considering various life patterns. A personalized well-being index metric system through life habit data analysis comprises indices for producing the whole well-being index of the system. A basic health index(F1) is obtained by analyzing personal information about excessive and inappropriate nutrient component intake through the analysis of the total amount of heat, the analysis of 5 basic nutrition groups, and the analysis of 26 nutrients. The basic health index comprises the family history information of the basic information. A basic body index(F4) is produced by using the BMI index, waist-to-hip ratio data, and blood pressure information as an observation variable. A basic motility index(F3) is produced by using with 1 momentum(walking index) and the consuming calorie of individual momentum per hour. A discrete symbol index(F5) is produced by using a smoking amount, a drinking quantity, and the calorie of a snack as the observation variable. A discrete emotional index(F2) is produced by using the stress index and sleep satisfaction of a recent specified period. The personalized well-being index metric system forms a metric for measuring the well-being index capable of the care about the life in general by producing the above indices. |
