A memo paper holder is provided to allow the memo paper holder to be used as a holder for wall, a holder for a table and a holder for vehicles, thereby improving the convenience of a user. A memo paper holder comprises a holder where memo paper is slid and inserted between a first support part and a second support part; a wire connected with the lower part of the holder; a spherical fixing unit connected with the lower part of the wire; a fixing plate having a socket pivot-joined with the fixing unit; and an attaching unit for adhering the fixing plate to the specific position.
