A settling tank with filtering function is provided to effectively prevent various problems in the production process due to foreign materials when recycling the pure water by performing filtering as well as settling of foreign materials in a tank part, thereby discharging cleaner pure water. A settling tank with filtering function comprises: a tank body(10) to which a raw water supply pipe(130) supplying raw water(W1) containing foreign materials and a pure water discharge pipe(150) discharging foreign material-settled pure water(W) are connected in a height difference; a foreign material-filtering unit(30) installed within the tank body between the raw water supply pipe and pure water discharge pipe, and through which raw water passes to discharges pure water only from the foreign material-filtering unit; and a sediment discharge pipe(50) connected to a bottom part of the tank body.
