The present invention refers to a core box integral with a lid, having separator trays with a heel useful for transporting mineral materials, also referring to separator trays provided with a heel and a locking device or without a lock or padlock or lateral hook fastener in the base thereof for transporting or storing mineral materials or rock samples useful in geology for mining, wherein the mineral material is to be safely transported or stored without generating confusion upon identifying a sample, and without being contaminated by external materials, thus avoiding false values when analyzed.
