<p>The device (20) has a brake pulley (32) and rollers (33, 34) made of aluminum, aluminum based alloy or composite material, and rotatably mounted with respect to a body. Respective diameters (D32-D34) of the pulley and the rollers and positions of their respective articulation axes (X22-X24) with respect to the body are such that a cable (5) extended and engaged in grooves of the pulley and the rollers is received in the pulley's groove on a sector (S), while supported on sides or base of the pulley's groove. A point angle (alpha) of the sector is equal to 90 degrees.</p> |
