A process control system and a process management method thereof are provided to make a plan for obtaining optimum efficiency, and perform rapidly according to a process plan when reference information is changed. A process control system includes a center control unit(110), a display unit(120), a standard management unit(130), a process plan management unit(140), an accomplishment management unit(150), and an actual expense history management unit(160). The center control unit receives a working order from an ERP system. The display unit shows the information processed in the center control unit. The process plan management unit formulates and stores a material plan and a sub-process plan. The accomplishment management unit is compared with the sub-activity plan established, analyzes an actual result. The actual expense history management unit transmits the command signal to the ERP system and includes operator terminal. The center control unit controls the standard management unit, the process plan management unit, the accomplishment management unit and facility history management unit. |
