An advertisement board bulletin capable of controlling bulletin without power source from outside and a remote control method thereof are provided to turn on a LED board with charged solar energy electricity by using a solar unit. An advertisement board bulletin comprises a supporting frame(111), an attaching board, and a base frame. The supporting frame is vertically installed. The attaching board of iron material is horizontally installed on a front. A plurality of LED bulletin boards(140) is installed in a top of the base frame. A information receiving part is installed inside the LED bulletin boards. A roof(120) is installed on the top of the base frame. A solar unit(130) is installed on a top of the roof, and charges an electricity to a storage battery using sunlight. A communications module(143) is installed in one side of the LED bulletin boards for wireless communications with a central control part. A roll type rubber magnet advertisement panel(150) is attached in the attaching board. |
